(Lynne) I know what I'm talking about. I didnt know the difference. It suprised me the information Lynne found. I asked because it said in a book not to think of Amrathest as a grain . When its really a seed. Good point if cows eat grass IE grain how come a O type doesnt have a problem with Beef???
I'm still recovering from my choc./and wine over do. I cant stand to see either one now and I'm stuffed up and lose 3 pounds because my stomch was SO upset . Back to work Karen
