It answers my question exactly, and bears out the vague feeling i retained ever since: I need to find some grass-fed red meat(beef and/or buffalo, and lamb)and I'll do a search.
Also that thread under Jacques's post took me off into a wonderful series from Jacques and Elena and Jimmy and the rest that fascinated me !!
I think I was racing through the dark and space of the Alcan in the jag about then, and missed most of that.Just as well....I understood just enough to realize I am glad I didn't try and say anything if I did read it at the time.
People new to this board should wander through the archives sometime to see where thoughts can go when one doesn't have to stay within the boundries of a diet or call anyone "Sir", and enjoy......!?!
