I just scattered bluebonnet seeds in the front driveway area. Hopefully next spring they'll be a wonderful addition of color. They require ground that's not very fertile & this area is great for growing rocks.
I don't have artichokes here yet. We've grown some great kale, arugula, zucchini, blackeyed peas, green beans, squash, okra, cherry tomatoes and watermelon.
I'm trying to get some fall stuff planted but keep running out of daylight! Having a new grandbaby sure cuts into everything else. He's growing so fast that I don't want to miss any more of it than I have to. Luckily, my dau and sil call and ask me to come over just about every day! How lucky can you get!!!

PS It's not easy to grow stuff in TX in the summer (too hot, too dry, & too many grasshoppers!!!!!)
