around my Artichoke plants as a result of horse manure; I was just being a Smarty as is my wont!
By the way, I have over 50 artichokes on my 15 plants!
Of course they'll freeze in about a week ! But I eat the small ones raw with olive oil so everything's okay.
Artichokes in Alaska impressed even Joachim !?! They have a really neat spicy smell and flavor that the ones from the store don't have.
They are really good for one's liver; therefore good for arthritis and skin.Do you have them? You could throw seeds on the ground down there and then get out of the way!
