and it was a lot of fun! But I'd get some seeds, some seedlings, and now I don't think the seedlings are a safe bet from the local nurseries. God only knows what they might be, probably are grown for ease of mass-production. Do you have a reliable mail-order source for your Heirloom veg. seeds that you'd recommend?
Had bees move in once, years ago. They got into the attic and the beekeeper who came out was unable to move them. Was pretty amazing when they swarmed. Living in a bag like that, it should be fairly easy to relocate them. They can be smoked to sleep and the queen can be moved to a hive with some of the bees, then the rest will follow. I think that's what the fellow told me anyway. Maybe someone can come out and do it for you, set up a hive in your yard.
