posting...The thing is about coconut oil is that it's being touted as a miracle fat.
I just wondered if anyone lost weight with it.. found improved thyroid function or
noticed any change in their cholesterol. For some people, cholesterol goes down...In a small percentage, their cholesterol goes up, but the total is higher
due to the HDL rising..There's a book I just started reading called The Coconut Diet...I was curious if anyone on this board has had personal experience, good or bad using CO.
