
That's what I do...I don't eat any refined carbs...and no processed
foods...I find I'm hardly ever hungry, except at meal time..As for weight loss...
maybe a few pounds, but I can eat a lot of food and not gain any weight.
I seem to crave strange (but healthy) foods...olives......sauerkraut...artichokes...avocados...
roasted red peppers...lobster, shrimp, crab
To think I used to be a sugar freak..a carboholic...
I do know people who have tried the Atkins diet...lost weight and suddenly lost
control....carbo binged...gained back most of their weight.
The Atkins diet is pretty low in fiber and really high in fat. I don't think everyone
does well on it nor does is compliment everyones metabolic type.
