royal jelly?

because I get raw honey, which is supposed to be good for you. and it has a milkier consistency than strained honey.

I get the raw because it is DELICIOUS!!! it almost has a buttery taste. sooo good. but a little goes a long way.

I make a kind of sesame seed candy. you toast sesame seeds, add a little salt, add a little kelp (optional) - crisped kelp is really good in this, and add just enough honey to blend blend blend it into a ball. it will be mostly sesame seeds with a salty sweet taste. so good. I suppose you could add other chopped nuts and it would be good.
