
I asked Haibiao what was in the filling for the won tons today. He said four pounds of pork, processed, finely chopped ginger root and water chestnuts, onions and frozen spinach with all the water squeezed out of it. It was good. We estimated that we made about 400 won tons. I had to laugh when we finished the soup. We had won tons left over and Haibiao put them in the freezer, so I guess the Chinese would not cringe at your doing it. Maggie
